Oo, mabilis at ligtas talaga!

  1. Haha! It is funny until you realize it is super true, then it gets sad really fast. I suppose there is a disconnect between the reality of the person sending the money and the ones receiving it. While the one overseas works day and night and does not buy anything just to send something, the ones receiving locally think money is being picked on trees abroad and never really consider all the effort that went in there.

      1. I know an old Filipina who never got married and she works live-in, practically almost 24/7 just to support others. I know others who, after working a full-time job work a night job to send money home.
And they have plenty of utang.
The “ligtas” who receive the money don’t know any of that
